By Car
The Theatre Lab is in the heart of Washington, DC, on 8th Street between G and H. Parking is available on the street; it can be a little tight, but on weekdays spaces often open up at 6:30pm. There is a parking garage next door that charges $15.

By Metro
Take the Red, Yellow or Green Line to Gallery Place/Chinatown. Exit at 7th and H Streets. Cross 7th and take a left at the next corner on 8th. The Theatre Lab is in the middle of the block.

 

Browsing Classes

To see all the classes we're currently offering, click Classes on the left-hand menu.

To browse classes by the session in which they're offered, move your cursor to Classes on the left-hand menu and then over to By Session in the pop-out menu that will appear. Continue to select from additional pop-out menus, if you like, or release the cursor over By Session to view all sessions.

To browse classes by type (acting, playwriting, youth, etc.), move your cursor to Classes on the left-hand menu and then over to By Type in the pop-out menu that will appear. Continue to select from additional pop-out menus, if you like, or release the cursor over By Type to view all types of classes.

Click the Details button at the short description of any class to view the full description and the instructor's headshot and bio.

 

To Search for a Class or Performance by Specific Criteria

Click Search on the left-hand menu, enter your criteria and click Search.

 

Registering for Classes

Once you've located a class you'd like to register for, click the Register button. Your shopping cart will appear. If you would like to look at more classes, use your back button or the left-hand menu. (Any items you've added to your cart will stay there.)

When you're ready to "check out," click the Checkout button on the left-hand menu to view your cart, then click Checkout at the bottom of the cart screen.

Enter the requested information and click Checkout again.

Enter your credit card information and click Checkout again.

Your registration will securely transmitted to The Theatre Lab.

 

Reserving Tickets to Performances

Click Tickets on the left-hand menu, locate the performance you're interested in, select the date you wish to attend, and click Register. Your shopping cart will appear.

If you would like to reserve more than one ticket, change the Quantity to the desired number.

Click the Checkout button at the bottom of the cart screen.

Enter the requested information and click Checkout again.

Enter your credit card information and click Checkout again.

Your reservation will securely transmitted to The Theatre Lab and held at the door.

 

To Delete a Registration or Reservation from the Shopping Cart

Click the Select box corresponding to the class or performance you want to delete, and click Delete.
