Life Stories for Adults

Everyone has a story to tell and a voice that deserves to be heard.
Through training in acting, storytelling, playwriting and directing, The Theatre Lab's Life Stories Outreach Program teaches people from typically marginalized populations to create original dramatic works using their own life experiences. In the creation, telling, and sharing, participants become reconnected to self, peers, family, and community, gain greater resiliency, and create theatrical pieces that both move and educate those around them.  The Theatre Lab’s Adult Life Stories programs serve:
