Current Life Stories for Seniors Partnerships

Friendship Terrace
The Theatre Lab launched the Life Stories for Seniors program in 2000 at the Friendship Terrace Retirement Community and has offered numerous programs for their residents ever since.

Chevy Chase House
For the past three years, The Theatre Lab has offered Life Stories programs for more than 40 residents of the Chevy Chase House.  In addition, The Theatre Lab has brought youth from its summer magic camp to perform for seniors living in the facility.

Thomas House
The Theatre Lab’s newest Life Stories for Seniors partnership is offered in collaboration with Thomas House in downtown DC.  Begun in early 2007, The Theatre Lab expects this program to provide Life Stories drama training and performance opportunities to 14 seniors by the year’s end.
